As we dust off the mince pie crumbs and get back to work, it’s time to take stock of exactly where 2017 left us. We had the release of (possibly) the best game ever, the release of the most powerful console ever and the release of Chun Li‘s worst facelift ever.
So this is it, the week or so of automated posting while we get nice and fat over Christmas has come to an end and I feel like it’s time to reveal what game ‘won’ 2017. Let’s do this.

Sonic Forces is the official Sonic Team effort to commemorate the 25th anniversary of SEGA‘s beleaguered mascot. And it’s as consistently bad as almost every other modern Sonic game from the last two decades.
