Fallout 4 wasn’t a bad game. It was just a bad Fallout game. It doesn’t deserve as much stick as it got. And it looks like Bethesda agree with this statement because on September 26th they will be releasing a Game of the Year Edition for Fallout 4 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
The Game of the Year Edition will include all previously released DLC (Nuka-World, Vault-Tec Workshop, Contraptions Workshop, Far Harbor, Wasteland Workshop and Automatron), graphical enhancements, and the ability to play mods as well. So basically everything that has been released before in one handy package.
A number of fans have been waiting a while as well for this release. Fallout 4 was originally released in November 2015 leading many to wonder is this the Game of the Year for 2015, 2016, or 2017?!
Bethesda are also releasing (another) collectors edition version which contains a wearable Pip-boy. Only a limited amount of these collectors editions will be made and will retail at $99.99. The real kicker? They are exclusive to North America only. Ouch. I blame Brexit.
