Nintendo Treehouse E3

Nintendo are continuing to do reveals throughout E3

On their usual Nintendo Treehouse E3 stream, they will be continuing to show new reveals as well as in-depth gameplay videos over the course of E3 week.

After the first official day (it already feels like it’s been on for a week) Nintendo have been sneakily showing footage of their new games and tossing reveals around like it was nobodies business.

First up we have a reveal trailer for Metroid: Samus Returns (3DS), which sounds terrible but there is a reason for it. The game is a remaster/remix of the Game Boy exclusive (yeah) Metroid II: Return of Samus. The original was plagued with a repetitive colour palette and no map which made the original objective of killin’ all the Metroids pretty hard.

The reveal trailer was “ok” and I wasn’t fussed on it, but the actual gameplay video Nintendo showed on their stream (almost an hour long!) has been absolutely brilliant. Check it out below.

Next up we have Mario Odyssey, Nintendo released an amazing trailer for the game (let’s be real this is the Game of the Show) but they also showed an hour of footage as well. This one is split in to two parts but it is two different parts of the game.

There has also been a bunch of tournaments and that with ARMS and Splatoon 2, but for what else we will see I could not even say. Make sure to check in with their streams on YouTube when they are active.

Sack, back and crack of the Last Life Club team. If you're reading a post by me about Capcom assume it is all biased, fraudulent lies.
