This is a rather slower paced week for releases especially with big AAA titles, like Horizon Zero Dawn, and a new console on the way in coming weeks.

For this week I’m going to focus on a quirky sidescroller instead. Called Night in the Woods it has a wonderfully unique graphical style and switches from happy to rather darker tones. As it hasn’t been reviewed yet due to it not hitting the market until Tuesday I can’t bring up a metacritic score, but can say it looks like a charming platformer with plenty of off the wall minigames intertwined into the action.

Below is around 25 minutes of action from PAX East last year, sorry it’s from IGN but at least there’s no inane chatter over it.

Elsewhere Watch Dogs 2 is adding some DLC content in Human Conditions. It will be heading exclusively to PS4 this week but will later head to PC and Xbox One on 23rd March. It adds new villians for Marcus and Co to hunt and three new multi-mission Operations.

Have a glimpse at the official Ubisoft video below.
