We have a few collected editions this week that seem pretty nifty, namely Killer Instinct and Destiny. Waiting for publishers to bundle in all the goodies and iron out the kinks is always the way to go in my opinion, so now is the time to jump in if you are interested in these titles.

Of course the latest high profile games are Forza Horizon 3 and the latest expansion for Destiny, Rise of Iron. The more arcadey, basically not as serious, Forza Horizon spinoff is in it’s third instalment and hopefully fans of the franchise will enjoy this new racer which frankly looks gorgeous. Forza Horzon 3 is also coming to the PC on the 27th but Xbox One gamers can get their grubby mitts on the game this Friday.

Honestly I have no idea where Destiny is at. Initially I saw promise but when it turned out as a repetitive MMO Lite I lost interest. Seemingly The Taken King fixed a lot of these issues. For all of you that enjoyed the game from the get go or were brought in along the way the latest chapter is Rise of Iron. This expansion takes you to the The Plaguelands on Earth where you work with Lord Saladin to fight a new faction of Fallen Devils and the Splicers. With an overarching mystery of the Iron Lords playing out in the back ground. Sounds very thrilling.

Gaming as long as I can remember. Started with the OG Gameboy and Super Nintendo. Ever since powering up that grey beast games have become an important part of my life. Tekken, Mario, Zelda, Metal Gear Solid and Bayonetta all live in my heart.
